My New Blog

2010 has arrived in full force! We have had a very cold beginning to the year, but now that it is over, we can start to enjoy the beaches here in South West Florida. It is hard to complain about the weather when most of the country has had record cold along with snow and ice and we just had a little frost for a couple of nights! 

There are a lot of visitors here this January that I know were dissapointed because of the weather, but they also knew it was a lot colder at home. Its the middle of January now and looking good.

We, at Venice Hometown Realty, are celebrating our 2nd year anniversary this week. Business was great in 2009 and 2010 promises to be an even more productive year.

People are starting to inquire about 2011 rentals already! We always give our visitors that stay with us first choice for the home or condo that they are staying in for next year. However, if they cannot make it then the property is on the market for rent.
