My New Blog

Well, here it is the middle of March and the weather is not cooperating! Its still a little cool here in Southwest Florida, but next week they are promising us temps in the 80's. Can't wait!! Us Floridians don't like this cold any better than our visitors, but it is almost over. Pretty soon we will be saying "when is it going to cool off?" But, that is what we love about Florida...

Rentals are going to be up in 2011. I have already taken many reservations for our in-season, so if anyone out there is waiting to make up their mind, I suggest not waiting too long. Homes, condos, and villas are going fast, especially February and March 2011. We have a lot of our visitors that stayed with us this year coming back for next year. This is our goal...satisfied customers.. 

Take a few minutes to read my sections on the history of Venice and the surrounding areas. There is so much to do here and so many things to see. We love our beaches and golf courses, but there is also a great amount of history.
